Kent AI Studio is a trading name of CX Advisory Ltd (company no. 16469923), registered in England & Wales. We’re based in Bearsted and work with businesses across Kent. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version
We collect very little. We don’t sell your data, ever. The only tracking on this site is a marketing cookie that doesn’t load unless you say yes.
When you contact us
If you fill in our contact form, the details you provide — your name, email, and whatever you write in your message — are sent to us so we can reply. That’s handled by a form service called Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to deliver the work. We don’t add you to any marketing list without asking.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses one non-essential cookie: the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It helps us understand whether our marketing is reaching the right people and, later, lets us show relevant ads to people who’ve visited the site. It does not load when you arrive. It only starts if you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you choose “Decline,” nothing tracking-related runs, and you can use the site exactly as normal. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which resets the banner.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We don’t run intrusive analytics or build profiles beyond the basic marketing measurement described above.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To do any of that, or if you have any question about your privacy, contact us through the form on this site and we’ll sort it out.
Who’s responsible
CX Advisory Ltd (trading as Kent AI Studio) is the data controller for this site. If you ever need to escalate a data concern beyond us, you have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
