Who we are

Kent AI Studio is a trading name of CX Advisory Ltd (company no. 16469923), based in Bearsted / Maidstone, Kent. We provide AI and automation services to businesses across Kent. For anything in this policy, you can contact us through the contact form on this site.

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it) and your message. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you chose to send) and, later, contract.

We do not buy marketing lists, we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own use, and we will not add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, a transactional email provider acting as our processor, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Your details are never placed in a page URL and are not visible to other visitors.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will use a privacy-respecting tool and update this policy first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up work, and are then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Use the contact form and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
